- How did Komehyo get the items?

We bought pre-owned items from customer who brought those products to us at our office.

- Who authenticate the purchased items?

Japanese experts and qualified Thai buyers.

- How do we set the price?

We set the price base on international market price.
As we are doing business in Thailand, we also consider Thai market price as reference.

- How do we rank the products?
-
Typically, we will rank the standard condition of second-hand items as “B”. Items with better than standard or like-new condition will be ranked as “A”.
We will rank the items that show many signs of worn as “C”.

- Is the price included VAT?
-
Yes. All items are VAT included.

- Do Komehyo provide after services?
-
We provide after service for watches only. Customer should present the warrantee card issued by Komehyo when request for service.
The coverage time is within 6 months from purchase date. Please note that this warrantee will not cover any damages caused by accident or product misuse.

- Can I return the product to Komehyo if I have changed my mind?

We regret to inform you that we do not accept product return under any circumstances.

- Can I purchase by credit card?

Yes. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Union Pay.

- What about debit card?

Yes, we also accept debit card.

- Can I purchase online?

Sorry for your inconvenience, online payment is not available at this time.
Anyway you can reserve the products you want and decide to purchase after you see the products at store.

- Do I need to bring any documents in order to purchase second-hand item?

According to the law under Department of Provincial Administration, person who would like to purchase any second-hand items need to bring ID card and make a copy at the store as an approvement. Please see our privacy policy to ensure how we handle your personal information.

- Which items can I sell to Komehyo?
-
Watches, bags, wallets, card cases, belts, small leather goods, as well as silk scrafs and other accessories.
Please note that there are some items we cannot accept regarding to brands and other conditions.
You can send pictures to our Line account @komehyothailand to ensure that your items are available to sell to Komehyo.

- How Komehyo quote the price?

We quote the price regarding to international market price.
We are Japanese company who have business partner around the world such as Hong Kong, China, United States,
Singapore and India.
As we doing business in Thailand, we also consider Thai market price as reference to set the purchasing price.

- Which kind of items or which brand that can get higher prices compare to others?
-
Generally, we offer higher price to which brand that are world-favorite and high popularity.
In terms of bags and leather goods, Louis Vuitton, Hermès and Chanel will get higher price when sold.
For watches, definitely, Rolex and other popular brands will get the higher offers.

- Can I get my item back if I changed my mind?

We regret to inform that there is no return policy for the item you have sold to us under any circumstances.

- How long dose it take for selling process?

Approximately 5 to 10 minutes for 1 items. Please note that some cases might take longer than 10 minutes.

- Are there any important things that I should bring with in order to sell my items?
-
According to the law under Department of Provincial Administration, person who would like to sell any second-hand items need to bring ID card and make a copy at the store as an approvement.
For foreign customer, please show passport with non-immigrant visa with minimum 45 days left. (Tourist visa is not allowed)Customer can receive instant payment by bank transfer only. (Need to be the same person who signed on Buying statement)

- If I have no longer use brandname items that I want to sell, can I get price estimation first?

Please send the pictures of your items to our Line Account @komehyothailand Our expert will quote the price and send back to
you. Please note that this price estimation is based on the pictures you provide to us. Our purchase price may vary from the estimation
depend on the condition of item and market price at that time.

FAQ-Online Store
- How can I see the real Item?

In the website, you can reserve and choose KOMEHYO branch to see your selected item. Please see Buying Guides for more details.

- How many items per one reservation?
-
Limit 2 items per one reservation. By the way, customer can cancel at any time. Go to “My reservation” and then click “Cancel reservation”.

- How long dose a reservation last?
-
KOMEHYO will reserve items for 3 days, after that the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

- Do I have to buy the item that I reserved?
-
The online reservation is one of our service channels to facilitate customer. Customer can decide whether to buy or not.

- Can I have my reserved items sent to my home?
-
We regret to inform that we cannot provide direct delivery service. Please see the items you reserved at KOMEHYO nearest store.

- What should I do if I want to see the item that belong to "Online Store"?
-
The item with online store location are products for website only. Please make the online reservation. Then, we will prepare product and send to your selected KOMEHYO store.
However, there are some products display at our store but didn’t show on the website. Please contact KOMEHYO for more product information or see Buying Guides.

- What evidence should I bring in order to see my reserved items at store?
-
To verify your online reservation, please show the confirmation email and provide us the identification evidence (ID card or Passport) before making any purchases.

- What should I do If I forget my password?

You can follow the process to get the new password.
