Return Policy of SAHA KOMEHYO ONLINE STORE Delivery Service
- Right of returns (Refunds)
(a) The general return policy of SAHA KOMEHYO COMPANY LIMITED (“SKH”) allows you to return a product and request for a refund within one (1) day following the date of delivery for orders made through KOMEHYO ONLINE STORE.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned without additional damage from use.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging intact (including the box, certifications, and tags).
- The KOMEHYO return warranty card must be attached with the product.
- Any receipt and certifications from SKH must be included.
Customer will no longer be able to return a product or request for a refund after the expiration of such one-day following the delivery date.
※We cannot accept returns for any items purchased directly at our branch after the customer has physically inspected the product.
(b) The general return policy will not apply to the following categories of products:
- Watches & Jewelry
- Products in S Rank condition (All categories)
- Products purchased directly at our branch. (without using delivery service)
- Procedure for Return (Refunds)
1) Customers must request to us a return within one (1) day following the delivery by e-mail (service@sahakomehyo,co,th) or by calling (02-102-9501) (Operation hour is 10:00 to 19:00).
2) The shipping cost for the return will be payable by the customer.
3) Customers must arrange the collection of the package at your home with an appointment service in the same way as SKH delivered to the customer’s home.

※ We cannot accept returns at any of our branches.
※ Customers must arrange the insurance offered by the carrier. We will not be liable if any product you wish to return to the site is lost, sent to the wrong address or delivered late, and the customer shall be solely responsible for any loss the customer may suffer as a result of or in connection. Additionally, we will not reimburse the customer for any delivery costs.
4) Upon receipt of the product at SKH, we shall check the product for the purposes of determining whether to accept the return of such product. We reserve the right not to accept the return of any Product.
5) We will notify the customer regarding the acceptance of their return request.
(A) In case we accept the return of the product, we will proceed with the refund process.
(B) In case we do not accept the return of the product, we will arrange for the product to be shipped back to the customer at customer’s cost and expense.
