We treat your personal data as follows:

1) Types of Personal Data, Obtainment

SKH obtains the following personal data receiving from you directly.
(1) Personal data collected when you buying or selling the products at our store

o Name- Last name
o Identification card data
o Current address
o Telephone number
o Email

(2) Personal Data collected when you register for a membership.
o Name- Last name
o Gender
o Date of birth
o Telephone number
o Email

(3) Personal Data collected and required by anti-money laundering laws when you had the transactions
more than 100,000 baht.
o Name- Last name
o Telephone number
o Current address
o Occupation
o Workplace (address)

(4) Personal Data collected and required by anti-money laundering laws when you are the representative
of any juristic person who had the transactions with the Company.
o Name-Last name
o Date of Birth
o ID card number or Passport number
o Address
o Signature
In case it is necessary for SKH to collect, use, disclose any personal data besides the aforementioned objectives,
SKH will notify you the new objectives for such collection, use, and disclosure.

2) Legal Basis and Purposes of Use of Personal Data

We collect, use, disclose your personal data based on contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest basis and
for the following purposes:
(1) Due to following the regulation of License for secondhand business in Thailand.
(2) Promoting the repetitive and continuous use of our services;
(3) Shipping and delivering goods and/or announcing our events; and
(4) Extracting and totalizing attribute information that an individual cannot be identified for statistical
research.
Personal data provided will be used only for the above purposes and/or direct marketing as described in
4) below.
(5) Complying with anti-money laundering laws.

3) Provision of Personal Data to a Third Party

(1) Purpose of provision to a third party.
Operating our business and announcing events.
(2) Type of personal data to be provided
Information supplied by you through transaction such as the name, address, telephone number and e-mail
address.
(3) Means or method of provision
By sending documents, or electronic or electromagnetic method.
(4) Persons to whom the data may be transferred
KOMEHYO Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “KOMEHYO Group”)
(5) Personal data handling agreement
We arrange an agreement with KOMEHYO Group companies in a stringent manner making them not to
further provide personal data provided by us to a third party.

4) Direct Marketing

(1) We may use your personal contact data for direct marketing or provide it to KOMEHYO Co., Ltd.
and/or all or any KOMEHYO Group companies for use by them in direct marketing for their gain in
accordance with the requirements under the applicable laws and regulations.
(2) The above personal contact data means customers’ name, address, telephone number and e-mail
address, and the marketing subjects are products and services of KOMEHYO Co., Ltd. and KOMEHYO
Group companiessuch as Emails, online adverts, flyers, database marketing, promotional letters,
newspapers, outdoor advertising, phone text messaging, phone calls, magazine adverts, coupons,
postcards, websites, and catalog.
(3) We will not use your personal data for direct marketing or provide it to KOMEHYO Co., Ltd. and/or all
or any KOMEHYO Group companies for use by them in direct marketing without your consent.
(4) If we receive your request not to use your personal data for direct marketing, or request for consent
withdrawal, we will comply with your request.

5) Outsourcing of Personal Data Handling

We may share your personal data with data processing agencies and shipping companies etc. who have entered
into a non-disclosure agreement with us within the required limits for achievement of use purpose.

6) Obligatory and Voluntary Items

In the application form that you are required to fill in when using our service, all items are obligatory
items except those that are indicated as voluntary items. If you fail to fill in the obligatory items, you may not be
allowed to use our service.
*Please note that surveillance cameras may be used for video recording in our shops for security reasons.

7) Procedures for access, correction, suspension and inquiry.

You, as the owner of personal data, have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act to access your personal
data, request for disclosure of how the personal data has been collected, request to delete, demolish, suspend the
use, amend or update your personal data. We will use our discretion to answer your request under the applicable
laws and regulations. You may file petition to the personal data protection committee in case we fail to comply
with our duties under the laws.

8) Providing customer information to Inspection

If the police, custom require us providing customer information in terms of any transaction,
We may provide customer information to them.

9) Data subject Rights

You, as The Data Subject shall have the following rights.
(1) The right to request access to and obtain a copy of the personal data, which is under the responsibility
of the Company, or to request the disclosure of the acquisition of the personal data obtained without the
data subject’s consent.
(2) The right to receive the personal data concerning the data subject from the Company in case the law
specifies.
(3) The Right to revise the personal data to remain accurate, up-to-date, complete, and not misleading.
(4) The right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of the personal data concerning the data subject,
at any time, in case the law specifies.
(5) The right to request the Company to erase or destroy or anonymize the personal data to become the
anonymous data which cannot identify the data subject in case the law specifies.
(6) The right to request the Company to restrict the use of the personal data in case the law specifies.
(7) The right to receive the personal data concerning the data subject from the Company in case the
Company arranges such personal data to be in the format which is readable or commonly used by ways
of automatic tools or equipment, and can be used or disclosed by automated means.
(8) The right to request the Company to send or transfer the personal data to other Data Controllers in the
format specified on clause 9.7 by automated means.
(9) The right to withdraw the consent for the Company’s collection, use, or disclosure of the
aforementioned personal data by notification to the Company.
Nevertheless, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data
that the data subject has already given the consent legally.
(10) The right to complaint in case the Company or Data Processor including its employee or contractor
who breaches or does not comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 or any notification
issued under such Act.
